automatic, with a bad stall, I can spool it from just about any roll speed. Worse case I spool it at low 3's from a stop.

Ok that sounds better you said 3200 before that's a little different than 3k WORSE case

Hi, everyone. I just taked off the manifold and the exhaust is a .58 p trim. I just notice that the exhaust ports on the head are ported and the exhaust manifold is not. Will this cause some problem???

It could increase tubulance dramatically right there yes. You could try to taper port the inlets to increase velocity into the turbine housing, and reduce the "step" you seem to have going on.
