RED-goes to IC pipe near BOV, and YELLOW- coonected to wastegate accuator. that nipple that sticks out from it.. and the BLUE- is some nipple from the intake that has nothing connected , wondering what goes there. just got car month ago.

Me too, thats because its a bleeder style mbc. Ball & spring mbc are way better.

You are correct. Ball/spring MBC's, such as the Hallmann Pro are more precise controllers and you should have better success with them.

However, for the sake of the argument you are making, you should realize that this particular MBC IS a ball/spring type. TurboXS ADDED a bleeder valve to it to help better control boost and eliminate spike.

Second MBC down on the page: Turbo XS - WRX, STi, EVO SRT4, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Turbo, Turbocharged

The OP shouldn't have problems with this controller, if any.

oh well i just got the car and thats how it came. and exactly what hose should i reconnect?
this is the way mine looks, so how would i recirculate it? oh never mind i see.. the red would be the hose connected to intake. and the yellow wold be connected to MBC, and blue to IC pipe, and the purple would stay where it is

You need to buy a BOV recirculation kit for that HKS SSQV. Once you have it, it should be dump back into that little tube sticking up from your intake.

Recirculating your BOV has nothing to do with your intercooler piping. That recirculated air needs to pass through the intake and turbo. The reason being is because your cars ECU is constantly computing the information that it's getting from your MAS (Mass Airflow Sensor RIGHT next to that recirculation tube) to determine the proper amount of fuel mixture to add to that air when it reaches the cumbustion chamber. If you dumped that air anywhere else, without the proper tuning equipment, your car is going to run like total crap.

What nipple on the intake manifold are you using for your vaccuum source (your purple line) ??

oh. ok.. i will buy the kit from them they have it for about 50 bucks, or maybe just the metal tip.. any thing i can buy at any autoparts store or home depot???

Well you might be able to fab up a little something of your own. The adaptor has an O.D. of 1" so you'll just need to make sure your rubber tubing is 1" I.D. Buy up two hose clamps and you should be golden.

Give it a shot. It shouldn't cost more than $10. Just let us know how it went when you're finished. Possibly put together a tech thread so others can use it for reference in the future.

Here's a picture that you can start with:

Either that or you can just buy the insert from ExtremePSI for $18 and then buy your own hose/clamps from an autoparts store or anywhere you can find it:

yeah i saw that for 18 bucks too... i might just go hit up some stores and show them a pic of what i need so they can help me out more or less..
