Turbo XS mbc leaking???

I just hooked up my Dual stage turbo XS today. Its "T"ed off the bov line from the intake and goes from there to the in side of the controller(or so i believe its the inside, The side with the smaller pin hole) then from the out side(the huge hole side) goes to the waste gate. Before when i was running the stock BCS i was hitting and holding 15 PSI, now that i have th turboXS and cranked it up i hit 15 and fall to 11. At idle its hissing really loud. I know some BC have the bleed hole. Is that what this is on the turboXS, I see where its coming from by using soapy water, its behind the lower rubber ring and there are two holes 180 degrees from eachother. Im going to the track tonight and trying to get it to hit and hold 18psi. I have DSMlink so i will be tunning ofcourse. Thanks for any replies-----------Dave

i checked your profile and it says nothing about an aftermarket boost gauge? i really hope you have one if your turning up the boost.
The main reason i wounder is because you say your ran 15psi stock? was that with the BCS mod.. my car usually only pushes 8-10 psi of stock boost.
