turbo xs mbc boost spike at fully closed

i just want to know if anyone else has had this problem.

i have a xs boost controller the basic one, im using vac source from t25, both vaccumm lines are maybe 6 inches long. the problem is that the mbc is turned all the way down to closed and even at that im boosting 11 lbs with spikes to 15.... any one have any ideas... i did do a vac leak test but everything seems fine..

Yea I had the same problem so I sold it and got a hallman

yea but you can also change your boost thru your wastegate to

well I was just saying that I just said screw it and got rid of my xs controler and bought a Hallman controler but you can also adjust your boost by messing with your internal wastegate if you have an internal wastegate. To do that you have to loosen the bolt at end of the shaft then turn it it think counter clock wise to turn boost down. I could be wrong tho, but im like 95% positive on that

you sure you have it set up correctly? my friend put his on with the vac lines wrong and no matter how he'd turn it the boost would go sky high, switched the vac lines and it worked fine
