Turbo Won't Spool, Fuel Cut at 3,000rpm.

I'm new too DSM's and I need help!
I was driving to work one day and i shifted into 3rd and I heard something "snap" and the car died. It starts but the idle is a little rough and dies every time the clutch is released. I've installed a new turbo but when I had it out there was no boost, it was still dying, and when it got up to 3,000rpm it would'nt go any higher, it felt like fuel cut. I did a boost leak test earlier and there wasn't any. What should my next move be?

If you heard a snap? I would guess a coupler blew. If a coupler blew, you wouldn't hear it in the BLT, instead you have to check every coupler. Check compression on all cylinders.

Yes check all of the charge piping, Mine has let go a couple times it's very loud when it happens.

I pullled the front bumper and the coupler on the fmic was off. It's running better but it idles funny, my rpms bounce from about 1,100-900 and when i let off the throtle it acts like it's going to die but shoots back up. Taking it out for a test drive tomorrow. I'm hoping this solved my problem.
