ok everyone I've been trying to figure out why I have fuel cut at 12psi. I have a full 3in Megan turbo back, on a stock ported 14b, hard intake pipe with K&N filter, VRSF short route FMIC with a 1g crushed BOV, hacked 1g maf, fuel lab AFPR set at 46-47psi, EGR block off plate, and a hallman pro MBC. But as the title says I keep hitting a fuel cut at around 12psi and it wants to creep too. I have absolutely no boost leaks what so ever as I did a boost leak test twice last night. I just can't seem to figure out why I'm getting a fuel cut on some 12psi low boost...I need some help here guys any ideas or input would be great!!!

This is my thread http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/fuel-cut-verified-injector-pulse-hits-0-in-log.497761/

I have a video in there of my fuel cut, which is real fuel cut, the log shows the injectors at 0 when this happens, and boost is stable. My problem happens at waste gate pressure and everything above that.

I did several boost leak tests and found two small ones in my throttle body shaft seal and HKS bov, but the throttle body only leaks 1 pound about every 3 seconds, not enough to cause this type of issue, specially at waste gate pressure. My new HKS SSQ 4 will be here today, but I'm certain that's not related to my problem as I put a 1g bov on and the problem persisted.

When I do a pull I'm in the mid 10's in AFR's, and it never shoots lean.

I will keep investing time and resources till I figure the problem out, it's gotta be something stupid that I will face palm myself for.

Mine too Rough! That's DSM life as I know it.

My experience. I can unplug my maft or have a boost leaks every were and its not as bad as what we (collectively) are experiencing. To me if feels as if I completely removed all my intercooler piping, that is how it feels like a coupling blew off..................... I have a thread, were I mentioned a local shop who is notoriously hateful of DSM, didn't know that until they screwed me, but I had something similar happen like this, except it was alot worst, anyway they fixed it in less than one hour... They refused to tell me what they did, so someone out there has to know something we haven't yet figured out...... And at first glance it appears to be so easy= we can't see it.

Yea it's just like an inter cooler pipe popping off!
Maybe that shady shop just turned off the cut?

I'm working on my bigs maps rom seeing if it's rom related again.
Going to do a pull on lunch, grab a log, and possibly another video.

My motor in first gear feels like it's swelling up and it looses massive power right before the cut happens.
This will happen in 2nd -5th as well, but not soo much in 5th.

And as you can tell I'm butt hurt, because of how many threads there are with NO resolve our explanation, the closest thing is a member changing so many things out that eventually something worked... Problem there is we don't know what that something was, and I have already tested every thing anyone has replaced to resolve their issues.

I've seen maybe 1 or 2 threads outa thousands that have any solution or things to try.
It's a huge waste of time reading through post after post hoping to find the OP's solution!
Like this thread, it said resolved, I got excited, then after reading it, wanted to slit my wrists!

:applause:LOL,.......:|:cry::banghead:

I was excited too, but.....no resolve. I am replacing a fluctuating MAP sensor now, we will see if it changes anything but will report either way.
