Turbo swap question about injectors

I'm almost done with my nt to turbo swap. I've spent a decent amount of money tearing the engine apart and making sure the whole thing is ok and really am to the point I don't want to dump any more in until I know it will run. I do have the turbo ecu but I'm not 100% sure is good. I put it in a 91gsx and it ran different, kind of worse. The ecu is out of a 91gsx parts car, is there any way to check if its good? Also I wanted to know if just for a start up before I change the wiring harness around for turbo ecu could I use the na ecu and injectors? Like I said this would just be for start up do I know it runs. any info or advice would be awesome. Thanks for your help.

Injectors I would imagine you could use them. Since I don't think they really change from a na to a turbo.
But I definitely wouldn't advise using an Na ecu on a turbo car even for just startup cause there is a lot more that comes into play with a turbo.

yes, if your going from NA to FI then you will want larger injectors, as well as a larger fuel pump. you'll also need to get it tuned to make sure your AFR is right and your not running rich or lean, and to make sure your IDC's aren't too high.

You need a way to manage the extra fuel of the injectors also if you up the fp then you will most likely need a fpr!

I have the turbo injectors and every thing else to make it a completely stock turbod car, most the things you change or add are for the turbo ecu, so if I didn't change or add anything just for start up, could I do that? I'm just trying to figure out a way to test the engine before I swap anything so I know it runs and if anything I swap I do it wrong or it don't work. Thanks for the help.
