Can I run a big 16g with the factory manifold on my 95 gst? And also besides upgrading the injectors what else should I be looking to upgrade? what can I expect from it all?

It will fit, but it's highly recommended that you port the manifold to match the inlet of the turbine housing.

Regarding the other questions- have you even tried to search? This thread is destined for the Graveyard.

Yes, 16g's bolt right up to mani and o2 housing. You will need a jpipe and probably another to get into the stock SMIC.

Yes I have researched. Found I need Atleast 440cc injectors and recommended a fuel pump upgrade. But I was wondering what else others would recommend.

I still can't believe out of all the hundreds of questions regarding this topic we still get this question. Please do some research, if you're feeling nervous about it post the info you've gathered and what info you're need clarification on and we can go from there. People take the time to write articles and make videos that would answer your question if you'd just do a bit of searching and reading.

You need to research somewhere else- 440cc injectors are smaller than stock.
