Turbo question

I am buying my first eclipse turbo car and it is a 98 gst and was wondering what aftermarket turbo would be good to put on it? Also how do i know how much boost the turbo put's out? Iam new to the turbo's and don't really know how the size work's i have only had 1 turbo car before alway's used superchargers and nos, any help would greatly appreciated thank's.

As for how much boost your running, stock I think is 12 psi?? Hope so done else chimes in. Invest in a boost and wideband gauge!

Don't put a larger turbo on. Do the maintenance first, then the proper supporting mods, then a larger turbo.
