The topic today has to do with the intake tube for the turbo...
--the problem is the previous owner did not have the three vacuum lines hooked up on the intake tube(included the one where the bov vents back to the turbo). All the vacuum nipples were plugged and i dont know where they hook up to...can someone help?

On is from the Breather Valve comming off the Valve cover.

One runs to the Stock Boost control solenoid

and the one big one runs to the charcoal canister located under your battery.

they should all still be there. they may have just removed the breather line and put a filter in its place. thats okay, but what i like todo is use a fuel filter and some vaccum line and run it back to where its supposed to go. (unmetered air) The Charcoal canister line should still be there as well, im sure that the previous owner just tucked it back there somewhere. its easy to hook up, slides right in. the BCS line doesnt need to be hooked up if you are running an aftermarket boost controller. if not, look around, it is bolted to the frame rail directly under the MAF.

Exactly what he said:thumb:

If you still don't know what goes where I can take some pics to clear thing up.

I thought those vac lines hooked up there...I dont know what the previous owner did with the stock boost controller and the charcoal canister is gone....looks like i'll have to go find these stock parts(classifieds here i come)

One of the lines is a breather from the crankcase, another is connected to the stock boost control solonoid, and the other is connected to the charcoal cannister. As for the BOV, if your running the stock MAF then the BOV must be recycled back to the intake or your car won't run right.
