3rd hose on Intake Tube?

When I was looking at my car getting ready for an intake tube, there is a rubber hose going from the BOV to the intake tube, there is another rubber hose running from the valve cover to the intake tube, then there is a 3rd rubber hose that comes off of the intake tube (right next to the valve cover hose) and it seems to lead to underneath the battery somewhere. What is this rubber hose and what is the best thing to do since I'll be getting an intake tube that doesn't have a place for it? Thanks.

That hose goes to your charcoal canister. You can leave that open to air, and put a breather filter on it. The canister is useless once you do the free modding and take out your emission hoses, and EGR Valve.
