I keep blowing the seals behind the BS, it doesnt do it at idle or when reving the car. When I rack test it through the gears about 3rd gear it blows oil from behind the belt gears and when I get it back apart the seals are pushed out a little bit. This is my 3rd attempt some one please help Its obvious there is too much pressure but is it because I blocked off my EGR and related vac lines or is my turbo bad? :banghead:

I doubt its your turbo. Have you inspected your PCV valve? Were any of your oil squirters clogged. is there mad crazy air comming from the oil stick tube or the oil fill hole on the valve cover?

Are your balance shafts eliminated? When you put that front cover on, did you glob it in rtv like it looks? If you answered yes to either I would port the filter housing relief and put a new gasket and no rtv on.

Too much RTV also did this

There were long RTV strands floating in the pan and clogged up the oil pick up tube ultimately depriving the motor of oil and destroying my bearings....

There is air coming out of the oil fill hole, the squirters should be good.

I used a generious amount the bolt in the picture has some that i just put around it because it was coming from around it. What do you meean by porting the filter housing. I plan to pull it all back off and clean it up I have better gaskets now vs the ones that came with the oil pump. As well as the BSE kit

I think the O.P. needs to get a better understanding of what too much RTV does to oil passages and such.

I used rtv mainly around the outer rim of the oil pump I wasnt gonna try to put it on every spot on the back of the pump

I just read that thread and saw the pic I didnt do that type of rtv job.

I just replaced my pvc valve with another new one made a home made catch can for both valve cove hoses wow no more leaks but my timing rensioner has bit the bullet on me bc my marks are off a tooth, guess those things can only be re-set so many times. ugh I home I didnt damage anything else

Just some advice with your timing experience. When you change a timing belt you should always replace EVERY part, not just the belt. You're lucky it only went a tooth and not more causing engine damage.

I was almost 100% shure it was the PCV valve and thats why I stated the PCV and it there mad crazy air comming from the fill port and the tube. I'm glad to hear that you got it all fixed up and no more leaks.

EVERYONE. PCV valves go bad with little to no warning. There cheap and extremely easy to replace and can save you from having to tear down and rebuild to find nothing and possibly save an engine or two.
