Tuning setup Tips ..help please

Hey guys, just installed me T28 turbo and just recieved my 255 Walbro and injectors with AFPR, my fuel system is set..

Now for tuning I own a 98 GSX with a reflashable ECU correct
? Done some researching and can't really find where to buy a Plug and Play system for the reflashable ECU, does anyone know of where I can get everything I need to reflash my ecu without cutting any stock or rewiring anything. And explain to me what it all does and what I all need. I have a laptop for logging and i'll use Evo scan right.?

Also I have a MBC and for future I was thinking the Apexi AVCR? Sound good?

Go to Evoscan.com and get the Openport 2.0 cable with the Mitsubishi Reflash Connector. Then buy the latest version of Evoscan for $25. Then go to Tactrix.com and download ECUflash. Then go to Ceddymods.com and download the ROM for your year. If you have any troubles then you can just come back here or PM me.
