ECMlink basic tuning tips? gurus chime in please

I want to start learning the basic steps of tuning my car, before i finish my build.

Little backround, just had the motor built, oem 6 bolt short block all new stuff( rods, pistons, crank, etc etc you get it)

7 bolt head, 3 angle valve job, and stock cams and springs/retainers in there for now.

right now as for fuel and turbo, stock 450s, walbro 255 rewired, and 14b turbo( this was just the break in setup for the motor)

can you give me some tips to start tuning this thing? i have a problem after i do a 1-2-3-gear pull, after i left off, the car will misfire randomly?

chime in for some tips please

misfire check the spark plug wires, and plugs, basic tuning youll need to be more specific.Get a wideband, and get a tuning device.

I replaced the distributor which seemed to fix the problem. before it would misfire just cruising around not getting into boost, now when i get into boost its fine.
I have a aem wideband and dsmlink v3 lite

yeah everything seems to be fine, got the injectors in and basic settings. Just trying to tune throughout the gears with boost and all the goodies

I just took a log of a drive i did, did some pulls, not full throttle, about 13-14 psi

I'd get a fpr to go along with the 255 and you mean our two coilpacks not distributor? What do you mean for tuning tips.. do you have any tuning devices(safc, dsmlink, etc.)?

guys i'm not a noob.

i have a fuel labs afpr, all supporting mods for the wally, punishment fmic, tial bov, evo3 o2 housing, 3 inch turbo back etc etc. and yes i was talking about the coilpacks.
and i already answered in the post i'm using dsmlink v3 lite
