I have a 97 Eclipse RS. I talked to some local DSM heads about tunes but I have a 420a. I need some suggestions, I have a Porsche fuel pump, upgraded fuel injectors, fuel rail, filter, and full bolt ons and I have upgraded spark plugs, radiator, water pump, timing, etc.

There is no ECU tuning solution available for the 420A. It's either a piggyback or standalone, both of which require a good amount of wiring.

The car is running currently or this is a list of parts you have collected?
What does "full bolt ons" mean?

Do some research/purchasing of a MegaSquirt standalone and Tuner Studio program, preferably on a modern laptop. You won't find anyone to reliably make adjustments to the stock 420A ECU, and all other standalone don't have any users or support.

Okay, thank you. I appreciate it and later on I am going to swap out to the turbo engine but right now I’m trying to get more out of this engine without buying internals and stuff.

Those are the parts that are going into the engine right now. All I have is headers straight pipe and cold air intake that’s what I mean by the Bolt ons but when I’m done with everything that I have listed I want to tune it.

I’m also going to port the intake manifold, stock on this one It will be stock because I can’t find a Performance one for this engine
