A little back history. I bout my car and the engine came ouf of an auto car and had a metal piece sticking out of the crank it looks like thd grinded it down so the flywheel would sit flush with the crank when bolted to it.

Now for my problem, the clutch feels normal till about 3/4 of fhe way down anx then it gets extremely hard anx actually starts disengaging. I checked the slave and i could push it in but its slow push back out to where it was.. Ive bled it and made sure their is no air in the lines.

Currently the transmission is out of the car and the throw out bearing is trashed. The splines on the flywheel and clutch disk are stripped out. ive also checked the master and it has no leaks. How do i know the pivot ball and fork are adjusted correctly? Any guess as to why the peddle acts like this? Thanks you.

I removed the ring. So more then likely it is a hydraulic problem right? Every thing else looks normal, I have a new clutch flywheel and tob on the way.
