I know there are a good amount of threads out there already documenting the transmission to block dowel pins but there aren't many if any pictures about the exact locations of them so I just want to make sure I have them understood before I try to mount my transmission to the block.
Which holes do these dowel pins correspond to on the transmission?

Where are the dowel pins supposed to be in the transmission itself? I dont see any in the transmission except for this one that fell out while I was painting the trans a while back but don't see a place where it should go cause it's bigger than everything else.

I'm pretty sure I'm missing the ones that are supposed to be in the trans but can someone confirm this for me? Thanks gents

The trans can only go on one way bro, so it shouldn't be hard at all the see where the dowels line up. And I don't think there are dowels on the trans itself, I believe its only the 2 on the block. And on the trans there are 2 slightly larger holes where the dowels on the block slide in. These are the big holes near the motor mount brackets.

So are those dowel pins I circled in red the only ones I need?
