Tranny wont shift ###....

Well a few days ago I installed custom shafts. Car wont go into any gear or stays stuck when I start car in any gear. But when car is off it goes into every gear.

Chould this be from the Axles?

This is also my 1st time starting car with a new motor.
Car is a FWD

Did you replace the clutch, when you did motor swap.My car did the similar thing when my slave cyl. was on it's way out.

I'd say you have a clutch issue, not a driveshaft issue. Did you properly bleed the master/slave cylinder? Is it adjusted right? Good stepheight on the flywheel? New clutch fork/pivot ball?

When you start the car in gear does it start to move at all?

yup clutch. sounds like its not engaging. reading what you did, im guessin you didnt touch the clutch or remove the tranny. so ruling them out i say cleck the slave and master. bleed them or just make sure they work 1st

Yes it does start to move. Well Im gonna go ahead and replace the clutch anyways as I got a new one in already. Gonna try bleeding it some more as well.

What clutch are you using, is it new? If you are using ACT remember to have the flywheel properly stepped or you will be dealing with engagement/disengagement issues for a long time.

TRE recommends .608-.610 for the best performance.
