First off please use proper grammar and try to think of what you are going to write before you write it, kind of hard to understand. From what you stated it seems your tranny might be in need of a fluid change. Gears are most likely stuck. Get that done and report back the outcome.

well i drove it this morning and is stuck in the high gear (3rd maybe) is there like a computer that i need to check relay selenoid i mean any thing that controls the tranny from shifting?

Yes, there is a Trans Module that controls shifting. It is located behind the center console(same area the ECU is located)

If you have already changed the fluid and filter i would try finding a Trans Module at your local salvage yard. Here is your interchange:

90-92 eclipse
92 laser (2.0 turbo)
91-92 talon

THEY MUST BE AWD!!!
:D

There is a fuse that powers your TCU. You may want to check to see that its not a 20 cent fuse before you spend lots of cash on a new TCU. If its not the fuse, then either your wires are damaged/loose (mice will chew them if your car sat around) or the TCU has just gone bad.

Basicly your transmission is in LIMP mode and all you have is third gear and reverse.

Double check your trans connectors. The solenoid connector and speed sensor connector look the same and live in the same location. They are very easy to confuse. Also, is your car an early 92 or late 92? Trans and TCU are different between the years. Easiest way to tell is by your headlights. Pop up or composite. BTW Proper interchange is: early - 89 -92.5 turbo (only) L,E,T two or AWD;Late - 92.5 -94 turbo (only) L,E,T two or AWD.
