Tranny Nightmare

Hey Guys, ever since I bought my car about 6 months ago it had some transmission problems. When you put it into reverse it would pop out or grind (it was a random thing, sometimes it did/sometimes it didnt). Apparently the car had this problem for along time. Well today the sun is shineing becuase I have finally found a transmission to do the swap. My question is, does it matter if the transmission is from a 6 bolt or a 7 bolt. Because my car is a 92 (6 bolt) and the car im getting the tranny from is also a 92. So does it matter between the two?

No it shouldnt matter, the mounts for the 1g's are the same. and its the pressure plate and fly wheel that meet not the tranny so no its fine
