I'm looking to purchase aftermarket trailing arms. Was wondering what brands are better and price range.

Is MEGAN RACING TRAILING ARMS any good?

It is, but only 1.3" may drop lower later.

Dropping the car increase toe, that eats tires. It will also increase camber.

I was wanting to know more about the adjustable arm and how this might help the 'knuckle twist' when the suspension is compressed and relaxed.

Fixed.

Toe arms and trailing arms are two different things. And toe arms are (naturally) for adjusting toe. I don't know of any benefits of an adjustable trailing arm.
