Has anyone tried using these? The previous owner of my car used 2" Eibach lowering springs and no camber kits so now my bushings are fried. I was wondering if these are a good choice to use since my car will be a daily driver and SCCA weekend warrior :hellyeah: Any input or pics of installs would be much appreciated

Slow down, Wes. Lowering can kill bushings.

Most people, when lowering their car, do not loosen every pick-up point and then retighten them when the car is back on the wheels. They never loosen the pick-ups at all. So the bushing, which is a bonded, sleeve-rubber-sleeve kind of bushing, is now twisted when sitting at static ride height. This greatly shortens their lifespan.

So lowering a car (without recentering the bushings) will cause them to die sooner.

With that said, this is a 17 year old car that we're talking about. What did the OP expect? :)

Yes I realize this is a 17 year old car and I will soon be starting the process of redoing all of the suspension using a prothane bushing kit. I was just wondering if these trailing arms were any good or if anyone had ever used them. and thanks for the write-ups, those will be very useful.
