So I sent my ecu back to aem to repair the grounds but I’m still having the problem of my tps reading 100%. Not sure if it’s ecu related or wiring related bacKprobed it and it’s getting 12vs. Ohm racing harness so I’m leaning towards ecu

Doesn't matter if EVO or DSM in AEM Tuner software but if the number of throttle position % would lower or exceed 0.2%/99.8%, something is not right.
Did you set the throttle range properly? Or is the TPS wired and installed properly?

So plugged or unplugged it’s reading 100%. But just spit balling doesn’t the ecu regulate the voltage to the tps? And I talked to ohm racing he said to try and unplug the smaller of the 3 connectors on the engine harness unplugged it and it was goin haywire like 70-90 bouncing around I’m pretty sure that was the percentage my buddy said he was the one looking at the laptop at the time. Using the wizard the value changes very little from wot to closed. Both I think are over 5 volts but not by much but if I back probe with a muiltimeter I get 12vs

Are other 5v sensors reading correctly? Did you set the throttle range properly in AEM Tuner software?
The TPS plug should have 5v from ECU at pin 1. Not 12v. Please upload a log including the TPS% and TPS volt and the calibration file. Since the site doesn't accept AEM files, you have to zip it when upload.

I’ll try and get the file tomorrow I’m at work at the moment.
