Anyone know of a dsm shop that isnt Magnus? Preferably close to me. Im 4hrs north of Toronto.

Unfortunately there arn't many DSM shops around that you should actually take your car to and Magnus is a great shop but they are busy and very expensive, we are our own mechanics when it comes to these things.

I take it the Eclipse is a lot less common than the Talon? I've only found one and it doesn't really suit my interest. I'll check this forum's classified.

Yep, the Eclipse wasn't sold here in Canada so 1 would have to Import theirs (like I did for mine). There isn't much difference between the Brands other then Front & Rear Bumpers and Side skirts, if you want to get technical then Interior colors also differed between the two.

Lots of people convert their Talons to Eclipses easily.

There are lots of clean and properly modded DSM's for sale on the other board and tons and tons of community support.

We are currently trying to figure out where and when the next DSM Invasion will be, signup and join the conversation or just creep from a distance

Yes, in my area there is very few eclipse's.

I didn't know that rither, ive seen one ref eclipse 420a here in oakville. Am i the only 99 eclipse gsx in ontario?

, not quite, there are a bunch of real eclipses over on the other board.

your right, kijiji has a bunch of Eclipses for sale but most of them are talons that have been converted, legally they must tell you it is a converted talon.

if the instrument cluster is in MPH then theres a good chance its an Eclipse, All convertibles from 96 to 99 are real Eclipses. bottom line is they are infact twins just with slight cosmetic differences.

eclipses with 420's are the most common here in canada but arn't worth the effort to swap the 4g63

For 1, I have a 99 GSX there are more as well. Like mentioned, check the Canadian board, I'm definitely not the only one. They are rare, but they also had 14 years of people bringing them over the border.

One more note- All the eclipse's I've found have been heavily modified, I hope there is still a chance of finding a clean, stock eclipse...
