Here's the deal, get an alarm, Lojack, use the cell phone tracker device, everything. Put a camera outside pointing where you park, then put a spotlight on a motion sensor, pointed at the car. As soon as he rolls up he'll get lit up by the light, and will probably think twice.

If you want to be funny about it though, just get a spikestrip and wait until he drives up by your car. Sneak out and leave the spikestrip in his path, then confront him. When he drives off, he'll get a nice set of 4 flats.

Go to the police and file a report about the incident. Then go to his house, but not by yourself, and talk to him about everything rationally.

The reason I suggest this is because I just had a friend get shot because they would not let something go. And finally one night the other group had a guy get ballsy...

Hang a sing in the window that reads "Neighborhood policing, we watch, report suspicious activity, etc...". Place a police report for suspicious activity, along with every incident, no matter how tame. Police distribute patrols based on police reports many times. Take pictures of the car and person as they approach, each time (just to make sure they see the camera flashes). There's a million things you can do to mess with minds, not employing silly violence.

It happened to me about 4 years ago and was the result from some cocky little immature jealous bastard that only wished his car was as nice as mine.

I hate when people f@ck with others cars. Like stated before, its like a kick in the nuts. If you have an issue with someone, go resolve it with them. Violence or no violence.
