I've recently been looking at a 2.3 stroker engine from SBR, or thier stage II 2.0l engine, And i was wondering if anyone has a stroker, and can still use thier car as a daily driver, does it pass emmissions? Anyway, would like some input on which is best.

Nate

i don't think a larger stroke would effect emmisions because hondas are low stroke big bore motors and 4g63's have lots more stroke than those and pass emissions.

i would go witht the stroker personally but i like low end torque and good spoolup, if you want a high revving high hp motor than i wouldn't, btw i mean extreme high revs and extreme hp

Hey Nate - there are a number of people here who have strokers. I would suggest you do a little reading in the Cylinder Head & Short Block forum. This very discussion has taken place several times before. You will benefit from finding and reading those discussions instead of starting the whole discussion over. We'd rather have people find existing discussions and participate in those instead of starting new threads with the same questions.
