Also I am curious, the gains from a FMIC would be less knock, lower IAT's, and more pulls without heat soaking compared to my Dejon SUPER SMIC...????

I think for now if I stuck with the T28 with a FMIC, the injectors will do fine, considering I am at corrections that are good for 650's(maybe I have 650's, LOL)

The gains you mentioned from a FMIC are correct. Most FMIC pipings are turbo specific. If your kit comes with a J pipe, you can't use it for a T28. Unless ofcourse you get a kit where you have to use your own Jpipe and figure out a way to route the T28 to the FMIC.

Just to add, a 50-trim produces much less heat than a 16G at the boost levels that would support 300+ WHP so intercooling requirements are less. Note also that a less efficient turbo + small intercooler would require a richer AFR to offset knock.

The FMIC I'm currently running is anemic by todays standards and heat soaked very easily with my old 16G at 18psi. I'm now running 23psi with little/no knock at a fairly lean 10.9:1 AFR on 93octane.

So what I'm saying is that from my experience a 50-trim and your upgraded SMIC would get you very close to your 350WHP goal on pump, over that on race gas :dsm:
