1G timing of or not?

look at the pics of timing marks can not adjust this
its less than a thoot i think
when cam gears are alligned timing mark is past tdc and vice versa

You are off a tooth, when doing the timing set the exhaust cam gear a tooth off. That should help bringing everything into time
