timing belt R&R and questions

I have a 93 1g eclipse 2.0 n/t, where can i find a walkthrough for timing belt replacement? i've been searching the forums and archives and i cannot find it, also i have a few questions

1. Should i just replace the balance shaft belt or do the eliminator kit.
2. If i eliminate the balance shaft, how much will it affect driveability.
3. will it make a difference if i use a regular belt v.s. racing belt? its my daily driver but i give it hell.

Eliminating the balance shafts does not affect drivability at all. It can cause slight vibrations at idle and there will be an increase in oil pressure.
As for what timing belt you want to use, an OEM belt will work great but if you want a racing belt, well thats up to you.
