For the timing belt, redo the timing, don't run it any longer until you fix this!!

Check to make sure the tensioner pulley did not come loose, and check the hydraulic tensioner for leaks. If not, redo the timing and see if it happens again.

have you taken the covers off and checked for all timing marks? if not that the first thing to do.

you are always going to have movement in the cam gear and middle section of the belt not alot but a little and i mean small. untill you check them timing marks i dont think there is much we can surgest

Uh you should not have that much movement at all, regardless of the timing marks. . .

i know your not ment to have alot i was not suggesting alot thats why i said a little and i mean small

UPDATE:

Had my mechanic check EVERYTHING over.

The car is still perfectly in time.
The tensioner is good.
All components are good.
Ignition timing is good.

Funny thing is...the loose-ness you see in the video, cant be recreated. I have no idea why the belt is now perfectly tight.

Sounds to me like that tensioner is bipolar :D

Your tensioning arm may have a divot in it where the tensioner makes contact wit the arm. Your tensioner pulley may have loosened up also. Worth a look to verify. If the arm is worn, it could cause the tensioner plunger to snap. It's pretty brittle.

Been a while since I updated this.

I have been keeping an eye on everything and since that one day, when the video was taken, I have not had this happen.

So...idk...
