The components are not the same 90-99. The belts are. There are several versions of hyd Tensioner and pulleys.
the only REAL differences between 6 and 7 bolt motors themselves are aside of the obvious head differences in port size, the oil gallys and squirters are in a little different spot facing a different direction, the shape of the oil pan, and the crank has 6 bolts instead of 7. everything else is pretty much exactally the same, including timing belt components 90-99
The pullies are interchangeable from 90-99. There are several different part numbers for them, but they are all interchangeable.
you forgot about the rods, pistons, main bearings, rod bearings, crank main journal diameter, rod journal width, oil filter housing, oil pump, water pipe, water pump, timing tensioner arm, timing pulley separator plate, rear seal housing, oil pickup, thermostat housing, intake manifold, throttle body, and cam and crank sensors.
