does anyone know where to get a timing belt cover, besides the dealership? I need the lower two pieces and the dealer wanted $100!!

I tried ebay and the dsmtuners classifieds, anywhere else?

I live in seattle and I need it ASAP

Thanks!

I'm sure there are local junkyards around Seattle that would sell them for a whole lot less, you just need to drive over and take them off yourself, probably $20-30 for both, max.

You can also check dsmsource.com. They have a classified section as well. Also MitsubishiGraveyard.com. That is the only other places I can think of, besides what you already checked.:thumb:

Too bad there is no way to buy anything from that place, unless the poster uses his email. It won't let me see ads when I am logged in and won't let me message anyone..

Ebay sells some pretty nice metallic ones as well as I'm sure the OEM plastic ones. Just make sure to get one - too many potential horror stories!

This might help. They should be a little cheaper than your neighborhood dealer.

This place has cheaper prices than Southwest on all the parts I have looked up. I wasn't happy with Southwest's customer service so I placed my first order from this dealer a few days ago. Hopefully it goes well.

Excellent link Eric. Let me know how the order goes and I'll swap out the Southwest link in my favorites list for this one.

I'll have to keep an eye out for your GSX running around. I'm sporting my Mazda 3s right now since the Spyder is in storage until spring.

Thanks for noticing! Just finalized the title transfer this afternoon! You won't see it running around though, it'll be sitting under a cover for the winter. I'm just going to drive it once a week or so to keep it going. :)

My order is supposed to ship out on Friday so I should have it by Monday. I'll let you know how it goes.

Dont know if your still looking but i think i may have them still ill go root around tomarrow for them :)

Also check DSM Graveyard on ebay.. They don't list alot of the parts they have, but they will let you know if you shoot them a message.
