Well I have a HKS VPC with the 550cc chip installed. I've had this thing for like a year now, and never had time to install it (Car always broke down). But Before I do that I want to ask somethings.

1)I am currently hitting fuel cut @ 15 psi. I know air temp affects air volume, but before I install the Tuning Computer I want to fix all other problems.

2)I have 560cc injectors how much will this sap power.

3)If anyone else has done the VPC, where do you suggest doing the air temp tap.

4)How much boost will should I be running now. My current mods are in my profile, if anyone would care to look.

Thanks guys!

Is this even a question?

Air temp effects air mass, not air volume.

You don't "sap" power with 560's, you just can't run as much mass airflow and make as much power.

Nope, I don't think anyone has even done a VPC before.

Install the air temp sender somewhere after the intercooler and before the engine.

Run however much boost the car runs fastest at.

Ok I understand where you are coming from, I should be more specific when asking things. I was to much in a rush when starting this thread, so I only got half of what I wanted to say down. I will try again, maybe better questions will get me better answers.
Is this even a question?

Correct, Air temp affects air mass per volume. So I know at night I would hit fuel cut more then the day, winter vs summer, ect. I want to know if the VPC will stop fuel cut, I'm not sure if the VPC has a fuel cut defenser, I would imagine that it would, being that it orginially costs more the $1000. My question was what are other things that I could do to prevent fuel cut before I get the VPC in. I should not be hitting fuel cut at 15 psi on a warm day. However shortly after posting the thread. I found some tips. Exchange my ignition and fuel filter. I would like any other tips from others that experienced and eliminated fuel cut.

I have a the 550cc chip in the VPC, since the VPC pretty much tunes itself with the provided chip running larger injectors will cause it to run rich, however the VPC also taps into the 02 Sensor, so does the VPC automatically adjust, or will it run a the injectors based on the 2 sensors that it has.
Nope, I don't think anyone has even done a VPC before.

I know that, but where. You can not tighten down a flat bolt on a rounded surface. It would constantly be working itself lose. I will probably grind down the TB elbow to make it flat and tap it there.
Run however much boost the car runs fastest at.
I was asking for a generalization. I don't want to over boost the engine. I'm sure if I run at 35 psi, the car would explode. But "hey," it would run the fastest for the short 3 second thrust, before the engine blows up. I was thinking around 22 psi. But I don't know if my fuel system is able to handle that. So my question here was. Can a VPC with a 550cc chip with 560cc injectors and an un-re-wired Walboro 255 lph, handle 22 psi?
