Well, it takes me about and hour and a half from start to finish. But ive done 4 or 5 of em. If you havent done one before TAKE YOUR TIME and make sure you do it right!

:banghead:yea we think we already messed up as were the auto teniosner froze up.also we didnt remove the plug and use a screwdriver.to twist the teniosnre down we just removed the tenionser.so i really dont know what to say about how to get it fix rite now.there are a couple of guys on here who are willing to come down here to help out but they havent mad it yet.but do you think we did more damage when we just took the auto teninoser off thanks agian

if the tensioner is off the car you simply put it in a vice and press it back down and stick a small alan wrench or pin in the hole and it holds the tensioner down. then you can bolt it back on, put your belt and everything back on, get your cams and crank all lined up then just pull the pin and your good to go.

:banghead:wow bro are u for real.well i am just waitng on the new auto teniosner so yea and i need a vavle cover gasket. but i am pretty sure that the old one is fryed casue we busted open it and so its pretty gone.which now sucks but do you think we have to remove the plug to put the new tenisoner on. with out taking the plug so thanks man.
