I found this looking around youtube yesterday before I started my timing belt (since I've never done one before) and found this pretty helpful. It gives you OEM part #'s for most of the stuff you need

I just flipped through and checked one of the part numbers and it is an old number. If you tell an old number to an OEM parts place, it should automatically bring up the superseded part number, but just keep this in mind.

I came across this about a year ago on my 1st TB job and it helped alot. Even tho I have seen it done in person 3 times at a friends house this still helped.
