When my car is running it sounds like a ticking sound is coming from my engine... Almost like a flapping noise if that makes sense. Also, how could I return my car to stock height? Its got lowering springs and it sits way to low to the ground..Any help would be appreciated!!

You got a 95 so probably lifter tick, don't just take that word unless you make a video of the noise so people can back that up. But if it's lifter tick use a good oil filter only other option is get 3rd generation aka 3g lifters, but I would not worry about that it is ok and natural lifter tick, annoying yes but all good. Get stock springs and stock shocks, that will return you to stock hight.

Is there any other way? Because getting stock springs would be a pain

well you want stock height you get stock springs. You can get cheap junk yard I guess you can stick a 2x4 in there but that wouldn't be a good idea... Fond some cheap stock springs somewere and fin shop to install them for cheap. That's all you can really do.

Do you have a coilover suspension setup? You could just adjust the height with the coil sleeves.

Be sure to get an alignment after adjusting the height though.

The ticking could be lifter tick. If it goes away after a certain rpm then yes it's lifter tick, usually happens when your warming up the car the ticking is the rocker arms hitting the lifters since there's not enough oil pressure until after warm up. And I agree with everyone else. You want stock height, buy stock springs.
