Alright, anyone with some info, or a simple yes, no or put it there.

So the bottom Line of the two on the Throttle body is the Hks BOV can I use the top one for the wastegate. The wastegate was hooked up to a feed off the center of the intake manifold after the throttle body which I know is wrong. Also you see the looped vacuum line what should I do with that.

This line is off the Aeromotive FPR, where to hook it up to I do not know has been laying there.

Now the car was bought by my friend and he lends it to me because he has a Subaru Legacy, he hardly drives it and really has no time to work on it much, it drives I drove it 30 miles on Sunday from his house and 12 to school today. I want to get this sorted out before tomorrow so any help please. :talon:

come on guys i searched and this should be pretty easy for most of the guys. nothing i found was specific enough.

For the Tial Wastegate, hook up the bottom port to a boost controller (leave the top port open). On the other end of the boost controller connect it to a boost source (either a nipple on the turbo's compressor and a nipple on the J-pipe).

The AFPR boost source goes to the nipple on the intake manifold. You can tap in the line to hook up a boost gauge.

Here is an installation diagram for a Tial -

Post back if you have any questions.

one the 16g I do not have a stem on the turbo or the intercooler piping for some reason so can I CONNECT IT TO THE STEM ON THE MANIFOLD IN THE PICTURE, I am going to connect the FPR right now does this matter if it is before or after the throttle plate.

Go to NAPA or any auto part store and pick up a tap to screw into your J-pipe. It goes from external wastegate bottom nipple > boost controller > boost source.

As for the AFPR pressure source, it needs to be before the FPS.

I found a few threads for what you are looking for by doing a simple search -

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE HELP, i DID SEARCH BUT ALL THE STUFF I FOUND WAS VERY UNSPECIFIC FOR WHAT I NEED, I GUESS YOU HAVE A ALOT MORE EXPERIENCE THAN ME FOR FINDING THAT STUFF I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP .THANKS AGAIN. :thumb: :talon:

oh i took off my wastegate and boost controller when i applied pressure to the boost gauge on of the stems were lose so it was leaking then I did the same to the wastegate and when the diaphragm goes up it comes back down very slowly is this normal

for ## fuel pressure reg tap into any vac line in ## intake manifold i taped the line on the manifold that used to go to where the fuel pressure regulator was orginaly installed on the manifold side of course if you need a pic let me know
