hey guys well i had a 2100 act clutch installed... When i get on it though it seems that sometimes my clutch will get harder and not feel like it usually does.... had anyone had this happen before?? Can it be my thrust bearing goin bad and dosent that lead to crank walk??? its a 7 bolt motor??? need feedback.... thanks guys

It just feels like the clutch stiffens up and engages quicker when it happens.... it only does it if im really getting on it... then ill stop and go home for an hour o something go back out to my car and it will feel the way it should not all stiff and stuff???? help at all???

Well still i need a little more info, go out to your car and sit in it, push the clutch in like 3 or 4 times in a row quickly and see if it gets stiffer each time. If it does you could just have a little bit of air in your hydraulic lines, or maybe a master or slave cylinder with seals that are worn.

Also, put in in gear before and after this and see if it engages at different heights.

No it feels perfectly fine i just pushed it in like 5 times and it feels like it should.... its only when im driving it hard?

now that i think about it... i was on the highway like a month ago and i pushed the clutch in to go into 5th and the clutch stuck to the floor, i had to bring it up with my hand and pump it a few and it never happened again??? We getting anywhere now, LOL?!

well, we have pretty much exluded it being something hydraulic, thats about it thus far, im not a professional, i just know about things that have happened to me and my friends and what was the cause of their problems.

This is very strange, you actually had to "pump it up" to get it to stay up then? Its very unusual for there to be a hydraulic problem randomly while driving then just be okay again after. Most hydraulic problems wont go away until fixed, and are worst when the car sits for awhile. I dont think this is a hydraulic problem.

Still check the rubber boot around the master and slave cylinder for fluid just in case.

any other ideas???? someone said it could be the thrust bearing and that will cause crank walk>>> neone here of that???

that site isnt working, thanks anyways..... does anyone know any signs of crankwalk???? Im really worried i think im gonna get rid of the car!!!!! :(

dont expect any good advice now that you've told everyone you're going to try to dump off your possibly ####ed car onto an unsuspecting person.
