I have a 90 turbo 4g63 eclipse engine with the wiring harness which the wires are all green. From the ECU GW wire not to sure, GB is ground, GR is power 5V. On the new TB that's from a 95 has four wires on the TPS which one is for the ICS?

One is Black/W one is Black/R, small white and small black. Were do I look to get some help on how to mate them were they go?

For future reference from the FSM:

2G 4G63T TPS
1 - Green/Yellow (+5v Sensor Power)
2 - Brown/Red (TPS output voltage)
3 - Yellow/Red (IPS switch)
4 - Black (Ground)

1G 4G63T TPS
1 - Green/Red (+5v Sensor Power)
2 - Green/White (TPS output voltage)
3 - NC
4 - Green/Black (Ground)

Steve
i have one that has different cooler wire's. might be of the heat that makes them look different.
1- black/white
2- black/red
3- small white
4- black
so is 1- black/white(+5v power)
2- black/red (tps output)
3- small white(maybe IPS signal?)
4- black (Ground)???

Ok im getting signal to the ecu but no readout on my laptop that it is working.i do a full sweep with the throttle and it just stays at zero? Any answer im lost now LOL.

I'm afraid that's a bit too sketchy for me to understand. The only help I can offer is more questions.

What signal are you getting at the ECU, which pin/wire color @ the ECU.
What ECU are you using?
What software are you using.

well its pin 19 GW.. im getting volts to that pin but not over 5v on a full swing of throttle. im running a Eprom 90 eclipse front wheel drive turbo ECU with the i think you would say the v1 chip.. i was fine until i switched throttle bodys to a 95 idk man ahhh...

You're measuring 0-5v TPS voltages @ the ECU connector but the ECU is reporting 0v via DSMLink? Are you logging TPS raw?

i got it figured out thanks.. but it ran great for about 5 minutes and now win i REV it up it will only go to about 2500rpm drop down to 1000rpm so on and so fourth up and down up and down.. what did i break LOL. i looked over the boost piping dident see any lines popes so i hope its not my ecu i just bout it off ebay any ideas man??

What was it? It might help someone else in the future to know.

Once again I'm not quite sure what your trying to describe. You could be talking about idle surging, where the idle speed pulses (surges) up and down by itself over and over. That's always caused by too much air getting past the throttle plate at idle. Lots of different ways but all result in a high idle which the ECU senses and cuts the fuel off so that the idle speed drops and once it falls the ECU turns the fuel back on and the idle speed climbs again.

Or are you just describing that the idle won't settle below 1000rpm and that you can't get the car to rev over 2500?

No it idles fine just when I mash the gas pedal to the floor it revs to 2500rpm and with my foot still on the pedal it drops to 1000rpm and I'm still holding my foot on the pedal it will jump back to 2500rpm

And for the tps there were 4 wires its kind of hard to explain because with this engine in the truck i had to cut the back side of the intake off and front part off and flip them from one side to the other.were i put the throttle body plat i needed to flip in a 180% so thats y i was having so much trouble. so pretty much all the wires were upside down LOL.
