i just got my throttle body to intake manifold gasket and i have a question. on the gasket there are the vacuum holes i can punch out or cut out.... do i need to do this if i have no emission parts what so ever in my car?? i am aware that i should make a hole where the biss screw goes but are the other 2 necessary???

Only punch out the holes you need. If your not hooked to the port then don't punch it out. Of course if you did punch it out and didn't use it that still wouldn't matter as long as the ports were capped/plugged.

I have used both a 1gb and 2g TB Gaskets I recently installed an EVO III IM with a 1G 60mm bored to 63mm TB I did not punch out any hole at all. Not even for ths biss?

I simply put a very light coat of Copper Gasket Maker on and attached it. No Leaks. All TB ports are capped

You're supposed to punch out holes on the gasket WTF

That is news to me...Did you perhaps do a comparison between the new one and old one?

I've never seen any that were punched out nor have I ever punched out the holes and everything works the way it's supposed to.
