where the gasket meets the face of the throttle body, the intake manifold side, theres small holes along the surface do i need to poke holes thru the gasket or just cover them with the gasket... and do i need to add anything like RVT between the metal and the gasket??

You just install the gasket as is without modifying it. You could use a very light coating of rtv if you like. I didn't use any when I intstalled mine.

The gasket will only really fit one way if you look at it. Also I would go with OEM if you have the option. Mitsu's intake gaskets have bonded orings in them that makes them seal very very well.

i know im not pushing more then 16 psi.. plus on a budget. here this will be better

Not to mention it will follow a contour from the TB as well. Flip it around and see what is lining up the best. As long as it's sealing what needs to be seald it's good.
