1G intake manifold and I would guess throttle body as well, but I am not sure on the exact year.

The other 1G gasket is totally different so I believe the gasket I linked to is correct. Just trying to confirm before I buy the wrong part.

It appears to be a 1G throttle body by your measurement. Call STM and confirm with them. It only costs 10 bucks for a pair of gaskets plus shipping. I would get both and have an extra if you need it later down the road.
