throttle body questions

I have a stock gst not thinking bout malign any performance upgrades but regular maintenance , I am thinking of cleaning the TB just to clean it make sure everything is good there , anyone disagrees ? If I hanged this would anything happen to go wrong ? I am learning and experimentiong with this car so will be my first time .

I used gaskets felpro from advanced no problems with my 1g tb.

yep two gaskets not oem but mine worked fine used them when i couldnt get oem ones when i wanted them.

May want to replace the shaft seals (boost leak source) while you have it off: Throttle Body Shaft Seal Kit: 91-99 DSM & EVO 8/9 : JNZ Tuning
