Throttle body coming loose

The four bolts that hold the throttle body to my intake manifold are coming loose after hard driving. I have a custom 2.75" upper IC pipe connected to a bored (62mm) NT throttle body via a 45 degree silicone coupler and Tbolt clamps. Should I helicoil the threads on the intake mani and use some bolts with some sort of thread lock to keep it from coming loose after heavy boost? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. is the throttle body coming loose because the bolts are loosening up when you drive hard?

Do you have the correct bolt size? Also with aftermarket elbows, the flange might not be as thick as other eblows, so you need washers. I know I needed them with the ets kit to make it snug and tight.

If the manifold is stripped you can re thread the holes, but if it was stripped wouldn't it not tighten at all?

Are you using stock bolts and studs with OEM hardware?

Tightened throttle body bolts should never be coming loose after any type of acceleration. Unless you're improperly tightening them, you may have a problem with the threads on the manifold. In which case, a helicoil job would be the fix.
