Just remember the thermal plug needs to touch the hot side of the coolant, some cars can go in the wrong way. I don't think dsm's can go in backwards.

Rotate it 180* so that the jiggle valve is at the 12 o'clock position.

How much coolant did you have to drain to change it? I'm about to change mine in my apartment parking lot and I dont want to make too big of a mess.
