Just wanted to share my experiences with everyone
Had been running a bit hot in the summers after the FMIC install and hadn't had much luck with the 170C thermostat mod getting up to about 220 pretty regularly. I went ahead and bought a slim fan but decided to do some experimenting first with the stock fan.
I changed the fan engagement points in ceddymods 20F globally lower in the fan control table and low and behold I don't run hot anymore. Rarely see temps above 200F and cruising is sticking around 180F.
on a side note, the fan table is in F and everything else is in C haha
