There is a kid around here, he has a v6 mustang ('02 i beleive) i ran him when we were both stock & i had beaten him. He since then has become "The Domestic Ricer".

He has molded on a civic body kit to his car. He has placed stickers on the side of his car (ie Greddy, Sparco, Aem and more) I know for a fact he has no Greddy, AEM, Sparco products in his car. He has tailights etc etc Oh and he tells everyone it is a GT even thought everyone know's its not (has dual exhaust cough sounds like shit cough)

After he got some mods (i/h/e) He tried my friend on the highway, who has a wrx. He got his ass eaten alive, then he bought spray (75 shot) and got eaten by the rex of a stop by buslengths.

Well today i raced him again becuase he was talkin shit. He did not have the bottle open so he WAS NOT spraying or else he definetly would have beaten me. Well we ran it of a roll (2nd gear) and caught him by a car, i thought i would have beaten him by farther. By the way i have cai/header back exhaust (no cat)/header/udp.

Before i get flamed for posting it here, someone had posted "Could i beat a v6 'stang" So there

ive hammered every v6 stang ive ran although lost to a v6 camaro by a car length (the guy runs high 15's)

it was a 99+ stang theyre pretty quick, only a second slower than a GT, they run 15.8's. i almost bought one, i was gonna go all show with a black widow 2 kit and cobra r's and such. i test drove one and chirped 3rd, it was just as fast as the tbird i had(15.9's in the 4.6l v8). but i couldnt find any good deals here, they wanted like 14g's for ones with high mileage autos. f that.

if its a 95-98 its a singleport v6, those are slugs. only like 140whp compared to the ~180-200whp of the 99+ splitports. there is a huge aftermarket, and things like doing heads, intake, true 2.25" duals and 4.10 gears will bring it to about 14.8 territory. so maybe 1500 and youre in 14's aint that bad. also alot of people run nitrous with it stock and have hit low 15's.

there are a lot of them riced out, but id watch out, they can be underestimated if youre n/t.
