any know the tcu part number for a galant w4a33 transmission?

It varies from year to year. What model car and year did the transmission come from.

CAPS doesn't show a Galant that came with the W4A33 transmission; the W4A32 was available in the Galant GSX. What is the rest of the "code" for the transmission (i.e. W4A33#???? where # is a number and ? is any letter)?

If I understand that correctly, the TCU will have two and three plugs for the respective transaxle.
For W4A33-1-UP6, before July of 1992, the 1G TCU part number is MD750092.
For W4A33-1-UP61, after June of 1992, the 1G TCU part number is MD754076.

Maybe that will help you along some.
