1G TB Ground Strap HELP

Hello!
On my throttle body i am missing the ground strap for the IPS, how would i go about replacing this?
i am missing this

Per above it doesn't have to be that specific strap. Piece of wire will do

No on a stock turbo t-body setup the throttle body is generally electrically insulated by the gaskets on each side of it, yes the bolts could touch inside the holes, but it's not a solid connection, so the ground strap is needed.

what is symptons of NO grounding TB ?

No feedback to the ECU for the throttle stop switch.

Which means ecu doesnt know ththrott is closed. Idle and decel are affected.

Since it's not clear to me what the OP has for a vehicle I'll just point out that on a 2G the IPS is inside the TPS and gets grounded from the same ground pin as the TPS so the throttle body ground isn't used/needed. On a 1G the IPS is external and is grounded via the Throttle Body it's screwed into thus requiring the TB to be grounded.
