1G Strap???????

Ok just had some trouble with my car 91 laser turbo, blew the heater core hose but i fixed that and its fine. But a buddy looked under my car and he saw a strap hanging from under the car??? It goes on the exaust im pretty sure for a ground!!! What will the car do when this is unhooked??? Because mine is running sluggish and i think its my o2 sensor, and i m wondering now if its not getting a good enough ground??? Any help is greatly appreciated!! THANKS!!

you dont need that ground on the exaust so its not that. idk what to tell you about the running sluggish.

i take back my previous statment, i am going to hook mine up. its not like it can hurt and its not very hard

So i guess the proper facking thing to do is to hook it up!! It only takes 2 mins if it works it works, if not no big loss 90 cents gone for a clamp at the most !!

Ok just got my exauast fixed and hookep up the strap, but no difference whats so ever!!!!! So i dont think it makes a big diff on the first generation maby on the second cause u guys got 2 o2s!!! Anyways i will keep[ workin on it and try to figure out what it is
